So Michele Bachmann 2012 t-shirts are $35. Romney and Obama t-shirts are $30. (Although Romney has this package deal where you can get a button and bumper sticker with a t-shirt for $35.) It doesn't look like Rick Perry is selling any 2012 t-shirts just yet. (I can't find the link on his website.) Ron Paul is selling 2012 t-shirts for $18.
Why does it seem like Ron Paul is the only presidential candidate that understands the US is in a recession?

So it appears the rumors of livejournal's death have been greatly exaggerated. I return to find that people have been posting and I've missed it and it won't let me go back more than two friend pages. This isn't so bad because I don't have that many friends, but I want to keep reading. =[ It's like watching a tv series in the middle of a season and you're trying to catch up on the previous seasons on Netflix to see how they got there.
Since this is MY livejournal, I guess I should say something about myself. Right? I know since it's mine, I don't have to because I make the rules, but maybe someone is sitting on the edge of their chair just waiting for me to update about my life. I'm sorry if you have been. Please stop and do something else with your life. There's so much more to do than obsess over me. I think the Real Housewives of [insert some place in the world] lead more interesting lives than me. For now.
So after that verbose introduction, I'm afraid that my life has been uneventful since I became a lawyer. It is unlike the crazy life lead by lawyers on tv who drive nice cars and are surrounded by beautiful women who they eventually get to hook up with. The media lied to me. =[
Currently I'm working on passing the patent bar exam. Did you know Calvin's dad from Calvin and Hobbes is a patent attorney? If you haven't read that comic strip, you should. You could probably find it online somewhere. You can find anything online, even love, or so I've heard. And if you have read it, you should read it again because it's good.

No matter what else is going on with my life...the moment I go for a walk with my dog, my life is perfect. Everyone should have that...the perfect moment, not my dog. He's my dog and you can't have him.
Someone(pixxxxxx on lj) said they would write me poetry. I am waiting.

I'm a little annoyed with myself.
After my trip to Korea, I just fell out of the habit of working out consistently and as a result, I've lost about 10 pounds of muscle mass. Granted my clothes seem to fit better because I'm not all bulky with muscle, I miss having muscles.
At my age, I'm not sure if I'll be able to get all of it back. Those days of steroid like muscle growth have long since passed. I could take steroids, but that seems too easy. It's called working out for a reason.

I had a pretty busy 2009. It was mostly good, but I'm not sure if I want 2010 to be as busy although I don't think I'm opposed to it.

Woot...I passed the California bar. I took the attorney's oath yesterday so I should have a bar number in about a week or two. This means I'm officially unemployed because I'm looking for work now to pay off my enormous debt from law school.

| Highlights of the past 4 months |

1. Took the bar exam. (Not sure how I did, but the more I think about it, the worse I think I did.)
2. Went to Hawaii for a week and got sun burned, but still had fun.
3. Got into a car accident...the other person ran a red light and hit my car. =[
4. Bought a new beagle...he's cute but a pain in the ass. Girls love him so I guess I'll keep him. =]
5. Got a new car.
6. Turned 35...I'm old.
7. Currently awaiting bar results which should come in 9 days.
That concludes my life for the last 4 months in a nutshell. I can elaborate if people want me too, but are you really that interested in my life? It's my life and I'm not that interested in it. =]

Don't really have much to say. It's official...I have another degree (a J.D.) and now I'm spending all my time learning stuff I should have learned in my first year of law school. Bar exam coming up in less than 2 months and if I pass I'll be a real lawyer.

My apologies to the attorney whose girlfriend is charged with driving under the influence. I suspect you wanted to get the charges dropped by winning today's motion. Then she would be so grateful and do all the freaky stuff she normally doesn't do for you unless it's your birthday. You just had the misfortune of running into my A game today. Handled two more motions to suppress and won both.
Didn't deserve to win the second one, but I did.
